Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of OnePage (the “Service”), maintained by the OnePage team. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. This page is provided as a plain-language summary and is not legal advice.

1. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. One person per account; don't share logins. Workspace admins can approve, suspend or remove access.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use OnePage to harass others, infringe copyright, distribute malware, or attempt to break the platform. Be kind. Be honest. Be useful.

3. Your content

You own what you create on OnePage. You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process your content solely to operate the Service for you.

4. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve, change or be removed.

5. Payments & tips

Optional tips (“Buy us a coffee”) are voluntary and non-refundable. They support hosting, design tools and actual coffee for the team.

All card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. OnePage does not store your card number, CVV or expiry on its servers. Transaction data is end-to-end encrypted and tokenised by the gateway provider. UPI settlement is handled directly between your bank and the merchant UPI handle.

6. Termination

You can stop using OnePage at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk.
